Ingredients for Bologna:
MECHANICALLY SEPARATED CHICKEN, PORK, WATER, CORN SYRUP, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF SALT, SODIUM LACTATE, FLAVOR, SODIUM PHOSPHATES, AUTOLYZED YEAST, SODIUM DIACETATE, SODIUM ERYTHORBATE (MADE FROM SUGAR), SODIUM NITRITE, DEXTROSE, EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA, POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, SUGAR, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE.

Ingredients for SPAM:
Pork with Ham, Salt, Water, Modified Potato Starch, Sugar, Sodium Nitrite.

Mechanically separated meat (MSM)
is a paste-like and batter-like meat product produced by forcing beef, pork or chicken bones, with attached edible meat, under high pressure through a sieve or similar device to separate the bone from the edible meat tissue.

Okay. So I didn't eat bologna much to begin with, but now I definately won't. Spam is still out too.

Sean's cousin is a butcher. When he gets the USDA specs (guidlines) on what McDonalds is allowed in their hamburgers...80,000 lbs. of cow eyeballs made the list.
I think that tops Spam.
